FAQs

  • Yes! Any unused credits will roll over to the next month, so you never have to worry about losing out on your benefits.

  • Yes, all memberships require a 3-month minimum commitment. After that, you can cancel with a 30-day notice.

  • Memberships and credits are non-transferable and can only be used by the account holder. This helps us ensure that each membership is tailored to your personal wellness journey.

  • Credits can be applied to any of our services, including IV therapy, IV pushes, IM injections, and Sauna sessions. However, they cannot be used for lab testing. 

    You have the flexibility to use your credits however you like—whether it’s for one big service or a mix of smaller treatments in the same month.

  • You can cancel your membership after the 3-month commitment period with a 30-day notice. Any unused credit can be utilized before the month end of your membership billing cycle date. If you just need a temporary pause and want to keep your credits, we do allow for up to a 60 day pause of services without loss of unused credits.

  • Absolutely! You can upgrade or downgrade your membership at any time after your 3-month commitment period. Just let us know, and we’ll adjust your plan for the next billing cycle.

  • No problem! Members enjoy exclusive discounts on any additional services beyond their monthly credits.

  • Definitely! All Advanced and Elite level IV members get access to our PEMF mats during IV treatments, a $15 upgrade at no charge. Depending on your membership tier, you’ll receive exclusive benefits like discounts on supplements and lab panels, complimentary sauna sessions.
